Power BI WorkspaceWhen you work with me, I provide you with your own account to access your Power BI workspace. There will be a workspace set up specifically for your business so you can keep track of all of your reports in one place. You can also share your account with multiple users so multiple people can use these reports.

Report CreationWhen it comes to data, you need reports. I love to create reports and will help you make anywhere from one to twenty (if you need more than 20, lets talk!). We can always make edits and keep them updated. I love automation so my goal is going to be to automate it as much as possible and work with you to collect the create data.

Initial Call
The first step to deciding the best step for your business is going to be our start up call (or in person meeting if you are local). There is a lot that I need to understand to really help you get what you need. In this call, I'll find what you are currently doing to get data and if you have any ideas of what you want. We'll talk about what we need to do to get that data and what we can start to include in our reports. I'll share what I can do and hopefully we can be ready to get started. If you want to see a rough draft before collecting data, that is something I am willing to do too!

$30 - 1 Hour Call
Power BI Workspace
If you decide that you want me to create reports, a workspace will be a need, but it will be life changing. Having this workspace will allow you and anyone you need to access these reports. You will also be given an account so you can access it. (This usually costs thousands monthly for companies). As a small business, I will be able to give you this for only $30 a month. With it, you will receive IT support for any errors and any changes within in 24 hours.

Report Creation
This is where the magic happens and your data comes to life. Report creation includes calls to understand what you need, a rough draft, a final creation, and continued support of any errors that might unexpectedly come up. Please note that it does not include any edits that are not in the initial plan or edits that will be needed in the future. These edits will be an added hourly cost.** The cost of the report may also vary based on the depth and number of hours needed, but that is something that you will be aware of up front!

$300 - One Time Charge
*To be considered a small business, you must have less than 5 employees. If your business has more than 5 employees, check out the Larger Business page instead for the same great options, but a slightly different payment plan.
**My hourly rate is $50 an hour for small businesses (not including tax). You will always be provided with an estimate up front and will not receive unexpected fees. All expected payments, including hourly rate, will be outlined in our contract. If $50 an hour is not in your business budget, please still reach out. I am able to give out discounts and adjust where needed!
