Power BI WorkspaceWhen you work with me, you’ll receive your own account to access a dedicated Power BI workspace. This workspace will be set up specifically for your business, allowing you to easily track all of your reports in one place. You can also share access with multiple users, so your team can collaborate and utilize the reports together.

Report CreationWhen it comes to data, reports are essential. I love creating them and will help you build anywhere from one to twenty reports (for larger needs, we can discuss customized solutions). We can always make edits and keep them updated as your needs evolve. I’m passionate about automation, so my goal is to streamline the process and work with you to collect and create the data efficiently.

Initial Call
The first step in determining the best path for your business is our startup call (or in-person meeting if you're local). There’s a lot I need to understand in order to provide the most effective solutions for your needs. During this call, I’ll learn about your current data processes and any ideas you have for improvement. We'll discuss what needs to be done to collect the data and what we can start including in your reports. I’ll also share how I can assist you, and hopefully, we’ll be ready to get started. If you’d like to see a rough draft of potential reports before collecting data, I’m happy to provide that during this time as well!
This will be charged at an hourly rate.
Power BI Workspace
If you decide to move forward with report creation, a Power BI workspace will be essential—and incredibly valuable. This workspace will allow you and anyone you choose, to access your reports anytime. While this service typically costs companies thousands per month, as a small business, I’m able to offer it to you for just $30 a month.

Report Creation
This is where the magic happens, and your data truly comes to life. Report creation includes calls to understand your needs, a rough draft, and a final version, all included in the original charge. Any additional edits, ongoing support, and assistance for unexpected errors will be charged at the hourly rate.** The cost of the report may vary based on complexity and the number of hours required, but you’ll always be aware of the pricing upfront.
If you're interested in incorporating data science into your reports to uncover predictions and trends through models, we can do that too! While data science models may increase the cost, they’ll take your solutions to the next level. Ask about adding data science during your initial call!

$450 - One Time Charge
*To be considered a small business, you must have less than 5 employees. If your business has more than 5 employees, check out the Larger Business page instead for the same great options, but a slightly different payment plan.
**My hourly rate is $50 an hour for small businesses. You will always be provided with an estimate up front and will not receive unexpected fees. All expected payments, including hourly rate, will be outlined in our contract. If $50 an hour is not in your business budget, please still reach out. I am able to give out discounts and adjust where needed!
