One on One Calls

If you are in the Denver Metro Area, we can meet in person, or we can get on a call if you are anywhere else! If you need help understanding where to even start or if you just want to talk about some data strategy, we can do that. You can choose how active you want me to be with your organization and together we can add to it.

Power BI Workspace

When you work with me, I provide you with your own account to access your Power BI workspace. There will be a workspace set up specifically for your organization so you can keep track of all of your reports in one place. You can also share your account with multiple users so multiple people can use these reports.

Report Creation

When it comes to data, you need reports. I love to create reports and will help you make anywhere from one to twenty (if you need more than 20, lets talk!). We can always make edits and keep them updated. I love automation so my goal is going to be to automate it as much as possible and work with you to collect the create data.

What is Included for a Non Profit?

Initial Call

The first step to deciding the best step for your organization is going to be our start up call (or in person meeting if you are local). There is a lot that I need to understand to really help you get what you need. In this call, I'll find what you are currently doing to get data and if you have any ideas of what you want. We'll talk about what we need to do to get that data and what we can start to include in our reports. I'll share what I can do and hopefully we can be ready to get started. If you want to see a rough draft before collecting data, that is something I am willing to do too!

Power BI Workspace and Report Creation

If you decide that you want me to create reports, you will get access to a Power BI report and have your own account. Having this workspace will allow you and anyone you need to access these reports. Report creation includes calls to understand what you need, a rough draft and a final creation. You will receive IT support for any errors and any changes within in 72 hours as well.** We can make edits as you need and make sure you are really getting the most out of your data.** If it is in your budget and you are able to provide $10 a month to keep your reports running, that would help keep me running, but if it is not in your budget, you will still get your data for free.**

Please note that if you are interested in data science solutions, that will be an added fee.

As a non profit, having a data professional on staff is likely not an option so I am willing to volunteer my time and take that step for you. I aim to help you get the same effective data outcomes as one who is on your staff part time.**

**Please note if your data solutions will take more than 3 hours a month, I will ask for a small hourly pay (recommended $30 an hour) that works for your budget. This is not required in the set up and it is possible you will not require more than that time to get the data you need.
