Power BI Workspace

When you work with me, you’ll receive your own account to access a dedicated Power BI workspace. This workspace will be set up specifically for your business, allowing you to easily track all of your reports in one place. You can also share access with multiple users, so your team can collaborate and utilize the reports together.

Report Creation 

When it comes to data, reports are essential. I love creating them and will help you build anywhere from one to twenty reports (for larger needs, we can discuss customized solutions). We can always make edits and keep them updated as your needs evolve. I’m passionate about automation, so my goal is to streamline the process and work with you to collect and create the data efficiently.

What is Included for a Non Profit?

Initial Call

The first step in determining the best path for your business is our startup call (or in-person meeting if you're local). There’s a lot I need to understand in order to provide the most effective solutions for your needs. During this call, I’ll learn about your current data processes and any ideas you have for improvement. We'll discuss what needs to be done to collect the data and what we can start including in your reports. I’ll also share how I can assist you, and hopefully, we’ll be ready to get started. If you’d like to see a rough draft of potential reports before collecting data, I’m happy to provide that during this time as well!

Free Initial Call

Power BI Workspace

If you decide to move forward with report creation, you’ll receive access to a dedicated Power BI workspace with your own account. This workspace will allow you and anyone you designate to access your reports. There is a small upfront fee for report creation, and it will cost $10 a month to keep your Power BI workspace running.

Report Creation

Report creation includes calls to understand your needs, a rough draft and the final version. Ongoing support and additional edits will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.** We will work together to make sure you’re getting the most out of your data with the flexibility to make edits as needed.

Please note that if you are interested in data science solutions, that will be an added fee. ​

**The hourly rate for non profits will be based on what your board is able to approve. My requested rate for non-profits is $30 an hour, but I’m flexible and can work with you to find a rate that fits your budget. I’ll provide an estimate for the hours you can expect, so there are no surprises. Typically, after the initial report creation, you can expect 2-4 hours per month depending on your needs.

As a non profit, having a data professional on staff is likely not an option so I am willing to volunteer my discounted time and take that step for you. I aim to help you get the same effective data outcomes as one who is on your staff part time.
